Sugar maple sap is gathered in Vermont sugar shacks in the spring, while the snow crunches underfoot. The sap is boiled down into maple syrup that are blended with Vermont red jalapeños and garlic scapes to create this tantalizing Northeast meets Far East sriracha hot sauce with a Vermont spin. This award winning sauce is fantastic on pizza, ramen and stir-fry.
