Basil, oregano, thyme, and garlic grown on our farm are combined with extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and fresh lemon juice for a dressing that’s bright, herbaceous, and full of character. Fresh, savory, and full of Mediterranean flavor that that turns simple salads into something special!
