Tulips

This year, we have 8 different varieties of tulips growing on the farm. Planted in the hoop houses in early December, they’ve spent the winter tucked under a nice thick bed of straw. They’ve slumbered through the cold temperatures and piles of snow, waiting patiently for warming temperatures and sunny skies to cue them to push towards the sun in all of their beauty!

Depending on the weather, as everything on a farm does, we should begin to see them in March and they should be brilliantly bouquet beautiful by Easter…or Mother’s Day, for sure! We’ll keep you posted!
