Crystalized Farm Honey

Description

Each jar of honey is a floral snapshot of our Farm.  The bees gather nectar from a variety of floral sources including legumes, trees, flowers, and wildflowers…and then work hard to make it into the most delicious honey ever!  It’s ripe with propolis, pollen, and all of the beneficial enzymes that raw honey is celebrated for.

When liquid honey is left in an unheated and unfiltered raw state, it naturally crystalizes, retaining all of the healthy properties that make raw honey a super food!   With the consistency of jam,  crystalized honey is easy to use right from the jar.  It can also be gently heated in a bowl of warm water to return it to a liquid state.
