Culinary herbs are both the foundation and perfect finish of many great dishes. Grown organically on our Vermont farm, these herbs were harvested by hand and then carefully dried and processed to preserve their amazing flavor!
Coriander: With a nutty, peppery taste, Coriander is commonly used by German, Pakistani, African, and Persian chefs for very different cuisines.
Sage: Sage with squash is a delicious culinary combination. It’s also perfect with any grilled or baked vegetable, roasted potatoes, roasted poultry, and sausages.
Dill: A key ingredient in Scandinavian cooking, dill is perfect on seafood, when making pickles, and in classic French sauces.
Basil: Enjoyed fresh in the summer, dried basil extends its wonderful flavor throughout the year, pairing perfectly with tomato and garlic.
